LLクールJの1996年リリースのベストアルバムの選曲が素晴らしすぎる件について。
このベストアルバムの選曲は素晴らしすぎる。
こんなに選曲が100点満点のベストアルバムはなかなかない。
ベストアルバムに限らず、ミックステープ、プレイリストでもこんなに素晴らしい選曲のものはなかなかない。
◼️素晴らしい点
・必要な曲が漏れなく入ってる
・いらない余計な曲が入ってない
・曲順にも意味がある
◼️世の中にあるほとんど全てのコンピレーション的なもの
・必要な曲が抜けまくっている
・いらん曲がいっぱい入ってる
・必要な曲が抜けてて、さらにいらん曲がいっぱい入ってる
・曲順がどうこうというレベルではない
色んなコンピ的なものたくさん聴いてきたけど、こんなに文句のつけようがないものはなかなかない。
LLクールJの曲が良いとか悪いとかじゃなくて、「選曲の仕方が素晴らしい」ってこと。
ちなみにこのアルバム自体は、LLクールJ初心者には自信を持っておすすめできます。
これ聴いとけば間違いないです。

Seriously, the selection on this best-of album is flawless.
It’s rare to find a compilation that feels like a perfect 100.
Not just best-of albums—this applies to mixtapes and playlists too. It’s incredibly rare to come across something with such a well-crafted selection.

- There’s no unnecessary filler
- Even the track order feels intentional

- Packed with unnecessary songs
- Missing important tracks and stuffed with filler
- The track order isn’t even worth discussing
I’ve listened to tons of compilations, but it’s rare to find one that leaves absolutely nothing to complain about.
This isn’t about whether LL Cool J’s songs are good or bad—it’s about how brilliantly the tracks are selected.
By the way, I can confidently recommend this album to anyone new to LL Cool J. If you listen to this, you really can’t go wrong.
